EU right of withdrawal — 14-day return right

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) physically receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to info@thenordiko.com before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or evidence of shipment — whichever is earlier.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are defective or incorrectly sent.

Condition of returned goods

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Goods that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery
Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@thenordiko.com with a photo. We will arrange a free return and full replacement or refund.
